Building Requests
We are striving to make Emerald Lake the best possible community. For your protection and that of your neighborhood, certain codes and standards have to be met. One of those is approval by the Architectural Control Committee prior to any and all building projects.
This completed form, along with all plans for construction, need to be submitted to the Architectural Control Committee before construction begins. This includes, but is not limited to, new homes, garages, additions, outbuildings, decks, docks, walls and fences.
When submitting plans for a new home, a complete set of plans will need to be included, along with the name of the builder who will be constructing the home on-site.
